central location helpful elevator polite staff
the location was quite central, offering easy access to many attractions. the elevator was helpful, especially with luggage. i found the staff to be polite and available..
The room's soundproofing was minimal. Outside noise was noticeable.

the staff offered luggage storage after checkout, quite convenient. the location allows for quick access to nearby shops. the family room provided a very spacious area. the bathroom was particularly nice.
The soundproofing in my room wasn't great. I could hear hallway conversations.

wonderful staff simple act
the staff was so wonderful. i even forgot one young gals name but she was so kind. they changed sheets and towels regularly, a simple act of care.
the hotel room gets noisy at night if i keep the window open. i was awakened by noises outside.

I found the staff helpful with directions. The room featured effective air conditioning, which I needed. There was a pastry shop close, very convenient. I stored my luggage before check-in with no problems.
My room was somewhat smaller compared to the pictures I saw online.
